DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Items ordered on our website can be shipped to all over Lebanon and very soon to all over Arab countries.
In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
Deliveries will be made between 8am and 6pm on the delivery day you select. Our delivery centre will call you prior to the scheduled delivery and will provide you with an approximate time window.

- South Region from 2 to 4 days
- North Region from 2 to 4 days
- Bekaa Region from 2 to 4 days
- Kesserwan Region from 2 to 4 days
We cannot make any changes to the delivery address once your online order is placed. Orders placed online or over the phone begin processing immediately in our system to ensure order fulfilment and shipping time.
If the delivery address must be changed, your order will have to be cancelled and then replaced. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Yes you can. But you must separate the invoices with different shipping info if you want to send each one to a different place.

INSTALLATION AND OTHER SERVICES
We will install some items such as TVs and some big home appliances. You will have the ability to add your notes upon purchasing your products. Some products’ installation is subject to additional fees.

When you place an order with Hamdan Electronics, an order confirmation emailwill be sent to you containing your order number.
In order to deliver your items as soon as possible, we process orders in real time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
For complete information, review our return policy. In case the item you received is damaged or defected, you can return it in the same condition you received. Once we receive the returned itemwe will inspect it and our customer service team will contact you for exchange, replacement or refund.
There are a few certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns:

- Product is used, damaged or not in the same condition as you receive it
- Anything missing from the package as parts, box etc…
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution centre.
