We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund based on our policy below:
- Return the item to us preferably with your proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.
- Make your return within 5 days from the day of receiving your order and must be in the original packaging.
- Electrical products and electrical items cannot be returned for refund or exchange without the original receipt or proof of purchase.
If you’ve changed your mind before receiving your order delivery notification email, call us to cancel the order and we will process for refund. There are a few certain scenarios where return is not allowed:
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 5 days from receiving your order.
- Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.
- Anything missing from the package you’ve received including labels, original packingand accessories.
In the unusual circumstance where the item received is wrong, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original box and/or packaging intactdirectly with the delivery company. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund along with free 5 day returns. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returnedItem. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
