Refund policy

  • Defective or Damaged Products
    Products found defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon delivery are eligible for exchange within 3 days from the invoice date, subject to inspection and approval by our technical team.

  • Unused & Original Condition
    Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • Original Packaging & Accessories
    Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and invoices.

Exchange Process

  • Store Credit or Product Exchange
    Approved exchanges will be processed as either:

    • an exchange with another product, or

    • store credit under the customer account.

Cash refunds are not applicable.

  • Warranty Coverage
    Any manufacturing defects reported after the 3-day exchange period will be handled according to the official supplier or manufacturer warranty terms.

  • Non-Exchangeable Products
    For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable unless received defective:

    • Headphones & earphones

    • Personal care products

    • Opened accessories

    • Cables & connectors

    • Software, games, and digital products

    • Batteries

  • Special Orders & Clearance Items
    Items purchased under clearance, liquidation, special promotions, or special orders are non-exchangeable unless proven defective upon delivery.

Important Notes

  • Products showing physical damage, misuse, improper installation, or electrical damage are not eligible for exchange.

  • Hamdan Electronics reserves the right to inspect and test returned items before approving any exchange request.

  • This policy may be updated without prior notice.
