Refund policy

Defective or Damaged Products
Products found defective, damaged, or malfunctioning upon delivery are eligible for exchange within 3 days from the invoice date, subject to inspection and approval by our technical team. -
Unused & Original Condition
Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. -
Original Packaging & Accessories
Returned items must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, warranty cards, and invoices.
Exchange Process

Store Credit or Product Exchange
Approved exchanges will be processed as either:-
an exchange with another product, or

store credit under the customer account.

Cash refunds are not applicable.

Warranty Coverage
Any manufacturing defects reported after the 3-day exchange period will be handled according to the official supplier or manufacturer warranty terms. -
Non-Exchangeable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-exchangeable unless received defective:-

Cables & connectors

Software, games, and digital products

Special Orders & Clearance Items
Items purchased under clearance, liquidation, special promotions, or special orders are non-exchangeable unless proven defective upon delivery.

Products showing physical damage, misuse, improper installation, or electrical damage are not eligible for exchange.
